REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At ZapZone, we want your family to love playing with our laser tag sets. If you're not completely happy, we're here to help.

90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If you don't love your purchase, we'll refund 100% of the product price, no questions asked.

To be eligible for a return, please send back the complete set (all guns, chest receivers and straps). Items don't need to be in their original packaging.

HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email us at zapzonestoreoficial@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the items back using a trackable shipping method.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases, we cover all costs.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us at [your email] within 90 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. We'll send you a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. In most cases, you won't need to send the item back.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the refund on your statement.

SHIPPING PROTECTION
Shipping Protection is non-refundable once your order has shipped, as it covers your package while in transit.

EXCHANGES
If you'd like a different pack, simply return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
If you live in the European Union, you also have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at [your email] with a clear statement of your decision. This legal right is in addition to our 90-day guarantee.
